A lift-up seat holds plenty. Getting the blanket means moving the person who wanted the blanket.

That chilly feeling beside a window may be moving outdoor air, cold glass, or a room-wide heating problem. Test the location before buying caulk.

Uneven walls and floors can leave gaps around new trim. Scribing transfers the wall or floor shape onto the trim so the visible edge fits cleanly.

Choose trim for its location and finish. MDF is smooth, poplar is workable, and pine is useful when its joints and grain suit the job.

Built-in quotes only compare cleanly when the materials, doors, hardware, finish, electrical work, and installation scope are the same.
